Le Poupee Ludique sells wooden dolls, modular dollhouses, fabric accessories, and role-play kits designed for children aged 3 to 8. Each product is described on its own page with material details, dimensions, and recommended age range. We do not claim that any toy replaces adult supervision or formal educational programs.
When you place an order, you confirm that the delivery address and contact details are correct. Payment is processed at checkout, and we send a confirmation email once the order is accepted. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you before charging your card.
Orders are packed within two working days and handed to the carrier. Delivery times depend on your location and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@lepopeeludique.com with your order number. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
All toys are tested to meet European safety standards for the stated age group. Parents should check each item for wear before giving it to a child. Small parts may become loose over time, so inspect toys regularly and remove damaged pieces immediately.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect damages, including lost time, emotional distress, or injury resulting from misuse of a toy. Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
